Aired on December 7, 2016 with Dr. Bill Meier on Faith Radio, we discuss a study from the Addison Group about the saving habits and realities for GenXers and Boomers. Both groups worry that they won’t be able to retire at the age or lifestyle for which they desire.

We discuss the Biblical concept of retirement. Retirement is an American concept, not a Biblical concept. While we should be saving for the times when we’ll slow down, we should never plan to stop working.

We also discuss the impact of salary on job satisfaction.

We end by discussing the jobs numbers that were reality in December, 2016.
