Steve Douglas brings over 25 years of experience spanning sales, trades, entrepreneurship, non-profit leadership, counseling and pastoral ministry. He is one of those guys who wants to know how everything works. Across varied settings, his work has consistently centered on helping people and organizations move from broad vision to healthy execution.

Steve is driven by the belief that work is a holy calling and that people have been given the purpose of setting the world into godly order through their work contributions and relationships. This belief shows up in Steve’s own work. He is motivated by addressing challenges to growth and health and strategically overcoming them. He is energized by finding new possibilities and solutions, and equipping teams to feel heard and able to contribute to success. At the heart of Steve’s writing contributions is a central purpose: to cultivate people so that organizations become healthier, more effective, and better equipped to fulfill their God-given mission in the world.
